Well lets see how i can help
1) You can post art by heading over to the submit content button then selecting the file off your computer
2) The points system is bad because it doesn't really offer much freedom to the voters (and i personally hate it because it's gotten me un-scouted for art many times)
3) I am still reading this due to the fact i like to help people out. So if you need anymore help toss me a pm
